EMLab Collaborates on New Show Airing on Lifetime TV Wire Editor
SAN BRUNO, Calif., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Top Indoor Air Quality Laboratory, EMLab, announces their participation in the Lifetime Television series "How Clean is Your House?" premiering Monday, September 6 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.
Along with performing the mold, bacteria and allergen analysis in 10 of the 22 scheduled episodes, EMLab is also coordinating with their client base to perform the on-site testing. EMLab President, Dr. David Bell will also be participating on-air for the program, offering professional commentary on EMLab's analytical results.
"We are thrilled to be involved with this project," remarks Pamela Tauman, Marketing Manager for EMLab. "Public awareness and education of the effects of poor indoor environment conditions will benefit the entire IAQ industry."
Already a hit television series in the UK, "How Clean is Your House?" hosts Kim Woodburn and Aggie MacKenzie have crossed the pond and, along with the show producers, selected some of America's most unkempt homes. They begin by assessing the environment of the home and taking samples of "questionable" materials for analysis. After educating the inhabitants of the dwelling (along with the rest of America) of the health effects related to living in the sub-par conditions, both inhabitants and hosts clean up the space and make it livable again. The premiere episode features: Two parents, five kids, six cats, two pet rats and a boa constrictor living in filth. Only Kim and Aggie have what it takes to make their house hospitable.
EMLab is recognized as a leading commercial IAQ testing laboratory in North America. EMLab specializes in the analysis of indoor air and surface samples for allergens, bacteria and fungi, including mold, yeasts and macrofungi.
