Dispatch from the Fringe: SOS and Warning to the World - We're Doomed Judy Stillson | 9/07/05
This was passed along to me today...
On election night 2004, a friend, seeing that George W. Bush had likely stolen the presidential election, turned off the television and quietly intoned, "we're screwed."
Those words were more prescient than my friend may have imagined as Americans and informed political viewers worldwide now see clearly that the administration of the United States government - which has no compunction against lying, stealing, cheating at every level - is clearly completely comfortable with murdering its own citizens, as it did so brazenly this past week in our once-beloved city of New Orleans.
In a few words, we're not screwed, we're doomed.
Perhaps more frightening than obvious genocide and ethnic cleansing that occurred along our southern shore is the apparent unwillingness or willing denial of our Congress to do anything but voice displeasure.
Perhaps the Congress is in cahoots with the criminals running loose at the White House - surely many on the Republican side are - but also equally terrible is the feeble and idle lack of response by Democrats in the legislature.
There is no doubt that the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State are an evil unelected cabal determined to bring what was once the greatest nation on the planet to utter ruination and despair. The lingering disposition that they are succeeding and doing so exceedingly well in their immoral and illegal endeavors is pungent, repugnant and consuming as well.
The United States of America has been under siege by a criminal fascist element since January of 2001. The September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center Twin Towers was planned and executed under the auspices of daring terrorists flying into buildings and an absence of intelligence and/or appropriate response.
The same kind of blame - lack of, or incorrect intelligence - lie in the waste of our war in Iraq. Saddam Hussein never possessed weapons of mass destruction, links to Al Queda or pose a immediate threat to the United States.
New Orleans is only the most recent spasm of debauchery in the tableau of the destruction of the United States of America. These neocon monsters purposely withheld needed aid to victims of a disaster. Some simmering feeling that these masters of evil may have even purposely blown the levies also resides in the hearts and souls of the oppressed people of America.
Today Americans are reduced to sheep-like mindless wanderers where freedom has been replaced with fear, joy supplanted by desperation, honesty and integrity substituted by disregard, ignorance and innuendo.
Gas prices are at all-time highs though the evidence of a shortage is non-existent. This winter we are promised record price for home heating oil and natural gas. Meanwhile, the president and our supplicating media implores us at every opportunity to give to charitable agencies with the president's father and former president Bill Clinton as front men. The money raised, just like our tax money, will be squandered, pilfered and diverted into the hands of the very bastards who created the disaster to begin with. Some will go to supporters of their mendacity. Little will find its way to those most deserving or those most in need. These people are evil beyond belief.
We have lost our nation. Nothing short of the immediate removal from office of our highest civilian and military leaders will save us. The most deceitful, treacherous, insidious, secretive, underhanded, vile government ever to hold an office in our history now operates with impunity, without response or responsibility. They cannot be stopped.
One is usually loathe to express defeat in America. We are a nation of people who understand the meaning of winning and the pride of being first and best. These same proud, honorable people, the citizens of the United States now cower in their homes, bowed and silenced by fear of retribution or worse.
The sad survivors of hurricane Katrina are being shipped around, corralled and processed like cattle by our federal agencies FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security instead of American citizens with rights and needs.
In the past legislative session the Congress passed yet more population-restrictive revisions to the Patriot Act, legislation that impaired the ability of individuals to discharge debts through bankruptcy, a national ID measure, a highway bill and energy bill that gave generous subsidies to construction and energy corporations. None of these measures could be construed to be in any way for the public good. They all act as restrictions on individual freedom or as handouts to behemoth corporate interests controlled or in fraternity with the federal government.
Some say that our federal government is in a state of dysfunction. To that, I say that our federal government is functioning perfectly well in the ways of our false and unelected leaders. The federal government is hell-bent on destroying the fabric and substance of the nation and they are doing it quicker and more efficiently than anyone could have ever imagined.
The neocon cabal occupies the majority in all three branches of the federal government and they are on the verge of completely derogating the judicial branch into a fascist appliance for their degenerate plans. These forces are in control of the vast majority of media and works in concert with the largest and most corrupt corporations.
Not content with their power and the theft of resources of other countries these mendacious felonious cheats have begun the process of genocide and population thinning in their home land.
More horrors are sure to follow at a quickened, frenetic, rapacious pace.
We have lost. We are lost. May God and the good nations of the world help us.
