Once your items are sold, he'll send you a check. Pretty simple. You just sit back and collect money. Our commision rates vary by the type of items we sell. There are also ebay fees and PayPal payment processing fees. Other than those, there are no other hidden costs or fees. Ebay charges the following fees: eBay listing fees can start out as low as 30¢. Idle-Assets will recommend the best listing strategy for selling your item. Generally, we list items with low opening prices which generate fees between 30¢ and $3.00 eBay also charges a final value fee for successful auctions. Final value fees will be deducted from the auction winnings. Closing Value Final Value Fee $0 - $25 5.25% of the closing value $25 - $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31), plus 2.75% of the remaining closing value balance ($25.01 to $1,000) Over $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31), plus 2.75% of the initial $25 - $1000 ($26.81), plus 1.50% of the remaining closing value balance ($1000.01 - closing value) Idle-Assets will always give the selling client an itemized receipt of all fees charged including commissions. PayPal Payment fees: Many buyers pay with checks or money orders and there are no processing fees connected; however, many more pay with PayPal, eBay's online payment processor.
