Minnesota Vikings at Arizona Cardinals (-4, 51) 4:05 pm - The Vikings managed to tie their season opener at Cincinnati at the end of regulation, but fell, 27-24 in overtime. Meanwhile, the Cardinals dispatched the favored Titans in Tennessee, 38-13, as Kyler Murray put on quite a show, throwing for 289 yards and four scores with one pick. The Cardinals ambushed the Titans, running up a 24-6 score by the half and adding two more touchdowns in the third quarter. It was the shocker of the weekend, not that the Cardinals won, but by how convincingly.
If Arizona plays anywhere near the level of that game, it will be difficult for Minnesota to stay on the same field.
Coin Flip: Arizona
Prediction: Cardinals 31 Vikings 21
Tampa Bay didn't flinch in its 31-29 win over Dallas last Thursday, and they'll have plenty of time to rest up for the visitors. The only possible downside is that the Buccaneers take the Falcons too lightly. Look for Brady to drill the ATL secondary and light up the scoreboard.
Coin Flip: Tampa Bay
Prediction: Buccaneers 45 Falcons 17
The Dallas offense looked extremely poised and efficient against Tampa Bay in their 31-29 loss, especially Dak Prescott, who returned from nearly a year off due to injury. Prescott actually had better numbers than Brady, throwing for 403 yards with three TDs and one pick. Look for Ezekiel Elliott to get more involved in the offense. The Cowboys defense may still be a liability, but they looked better than last season's squad. Cowboys are hungry for a win. Possible overtime here.
Coin Flip: Dallas
Prediction: Cowboys 30 Chargers 27
Russell Wilson was on target in Seattle's 28-16 romp at Indianapolis, throwing four TD passes and 254 yards on 18-for-23 passing. Seattle's defense was also more than adequate, holding the Colts to 336 yards of offense.
The Titans should improve over last week and at least keep this one close, as they are a solid road team (6-2 last season), but an 0-2 start may be in the cards.
Coin Flip: Tennessee
Prediction: Seahawks 26 Titans 23
The Ravens lost in OT to the Raiders, 33-27, and have to travel, usually a formula for losing the week following a Monday night game. KC looks lights out and it's only week 2.
Coin Flip: Kansas City
Prediction: Chiefs 38 Ravens 23
Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers (-10 1/2, 48 1/2) 8:15 pm - OK, Aaron Rodgers had a really, really bad game in Jacksonville, losing to the fired-up Saints, 38-3. He threw for just 133 yards on 15 of 28 passing with two interceptions and didn't even finish the game. Surely, the Packers will regroup and play better in their home opener.
At this juncture, Green Bay may be just good enough to beat the Lions, who rallied late in their 41-33 home loss to the 49ers. The game was already over (31-10 at the half) when the Lions put up three scores in the second half and converted two straight two-point tries, but they did show some talent and grit. They may not win this one, but should be able to keep it close enough for a shot at the end.
Coin Flip: Green Bay
Prediction: Packers 24 Lions 20

Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-13, 52) 4:05 pm - Routed at home, 32-6, by the Eagles last week, Atlanta may be on its way to another 4 or 5 win season. They just don't look like an NFL-caliber team and they meet the reigning champs this Sunday.
Dallas Cowboys at LA Chargers (-3, 56) 4:25 pm - Justin Herbert led the Chargers to a gutty, 20-16, win at Washington last week, and they get rewarded with a hoe opener against the rejuvenated Cowboys.
Tennessee Titans at Seattle Seahawks (-5 1/2, 54) 4:25 pm - This is a tough spot for the Titans, who were manhandled by the Cardinals last week, 38-13. Nothing worked very well on either side of the ball for the Tennesseans, but they're likely to regroup and put forward a better effort in Seattle.
Kansas City Chiefs (-3 1/2, 55) at Baltimore Ravens 8:20 pm - These two met in week three in Baltimore last season, the Chiefs coming away with a convincing, 34-20, victory. It's hard to see how the Ravens expect to win outright in Kansas City. Mahomes and company took on what is probably their main adversary in the conference, Cleveland, with a brilliant, 33-29, come from behind win.
