NY Jets at Denver Broncos (-10 1/2, 41 1/2) 4:05 pm - Being one of seven 0-2 teams, the Jets travel to meet one of the six 2-0 teams in the league, and that's definitely not a place they wish to be. Denver's been hitting all the right notes with a +24 point differential that's near the top of the league.
Denver hasn't played anybody good yet, though their wins over the Giants and Jaguars were decisive (27-13, 23-13, respectively). The Jets appear to be another not-so-good team that Denver can handle. They need to avoid looking past the Jets towards next week's home game against the Ravens.
Coin Flip: Denver
Prediction: Broncos 28 Jets 10
Miami got rolled, 35-0, by Buffalo and travel following their home defeat and into a tough place to play. Jacoby Brissett replaces Tua Tagovailoa at QB and that's not a positive sign. It will be up to Miami's defense to hold back Derek Carr and the LV offense, though it's doubtful they can do it well enough to prevail.
Coin Flip: Miami
Prediction: Raiders 26 Dolphins 14
A key element in this contest is the Rams defense, probably the best in the league, though Tampa Bay comes to play every week as well. LA's defense made a late Matt Gay field goal stand up in last week's 27-24 win at Indianapolis, shutting down the Colts in the final 2 1/2 minutes. If a similar scenario arises here, will they be able to do the same with Brady at the gun? We may find out. Give the Rams an edge for home field and defense.
Coin Flip: Tampa Bay
Prediction: Rams 30 Buccaneers 27
These two met last season, Seattle taking a 27-26 decision at home. The Vikings are 0-2 and in need of a win. They should rise to the occasion, because, if they don't, 0-3 just doesn't look good in any division and might be a serious blow to the team's confidence.
Coin Flip: Seattle
Prediction: Vikings 27 Seahawks 24
Look back to the 2019 conference championship, a 37-20 triumph by the 49ers which featured many of the players in this week's affair. That said, Aaron Rodgers bounced back well from the loss to the Saints with a 4 TD performance against the Lions, going 22-for-25 for 255 yards. San Francisco's defense is much better than Detroit's, so getting on the San Francisco trolly to a 3-0 record might be the best trip.
Coin Flip: San Francisco
Prediction: 49ers 30 Packers 24
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys (-4, 52) 8:15 pm - Dak Prescott and the Dallas offense have been impressive the first two weeks of the season, falling just short against the Bucs, but bouncing back in week two with a nifty road win against the LA Chargers.
The Eagles also enter the game at 1-1, losing to the 49ers last week, 17-11, after routing Atlanta in week one, 32-6. The Philly defense should be among the best in the league, and will play tough against their division rivals. These two have a long history with more than a few epic battles. Jalen Hurts at QB gives Philly a solid shot for a road win, though the Cowboys will not go down easily. Overtime is a possibility as is a -3 betting line come game time.
Coin Flip: Philadelphia
Prediction: Cowboys 24 Eagles 21

Miami Dolphins at Las Vegas Raiders (-4, 45) 4:05 pm - The Raiders let the world know they were ready to rock with their 33-27 OT week one win over the Ravens and solidified their confidence in a 26-17 win at Pittsburgh last week. They are currently tied with Denver atop the AFC West at 2-0.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1 1/2, 55 1/2) at LA Rams 4:25 pm - This is probably the best game of the week and it may go down to the wire. Matthew Stafford has had two solid games with his new team and should have the offense clicking, but he's up against the GOAT, Tom Brady, who backs down to nobody.
Seattle Seahawks (-1 1/2, 55 1/2) at Minnesota Vikings 4:25 pm - Both teams lost close games last week, the Vikings falling 34-33 on the road vs. Arizona, while the Seahawks lost their home opener, 33-30, to the Titans in overtime. This is Minnesota's home opener, and their effort against Arizona shows they can stay in the game with anybody.
Green Bay Packers at San Francisco 49ers (-3, 50) 8:20 pm - You'll hear plenty of analysis for this one, but it is not, in reality, a toss-up. Throw out last year's 34-17 Green Bay win because the 49ers were without Jimmy Garoppolo and also throw out Green Bay's opening weekend loss to the Saints, because they were just plain ambushed and not prepared, though, in deference to the Packers, the Saints were easily bested by Carolina last week.
